2012 Prices and Availability
Please find details of our UK Canal Holidays + prices below. Rates are for one week starting at between 2.00pm and 4.00pm on Saturday and finishing at 9.00am on the following Saturday.
Early Booking Offers
Second week at half price when it follows on from the first week, for holidays taken in any month containing the letter 'R'. - This is now for a limited time only.

We can arrange courses at short notice subject to boat availability, and can do courses on your boat at most times.
Remember all our prices include diesel. Many of the larger companies will charge extra for diesel which can be an extra £80 to £100 per week, depending on usage and price of diesel.

Discounts
10% off your second and subsequent consecutive weeks.
£100.00 second holiday discount off the standard full price. If you book another holiday of a week or more in the same year.
5% discount for holidays paid in full at time of booking (does not apply if booking within 35 days of start date)
Please note - British Waterways may restrict some cruising routes from 4th November
Short Breaks
3 night breaks run from Saturday (pm) to Tuesday (pm) or from Wednesday (am) to Saturday (am) and are priced at 65% of the weekly rate.
10 Day Holidays
10 day holidays are charged at the normal weekly rate with the part week charged at 50% of the weekly rate.
Prices are inclusive of:
- Bed linen
- Diesel fuel and gas. Very few companies still include this in the holiday price.
- Boat licence and insurance
- Welcome pack: tea, coffee, sugar & milk; washing-up liquid, toilet rolls, dish cloth
- The Boater's Handbook
- Expert tuition by our RYA qualified instructor, including full lock instruction at the lock side
- Car parking
- Buoyancy aids / life jackets
- VAT
Taster Days and pre-holiday crew tuition
The day is particularly suitable for a family or group about to take a narrowboat holiday for the first time, and prefer not to do a formal training course.
We will show you and allow you to practice whatever you wish to learn. The day will be tailored to your specific requirements.
Taster Days can be enjoyed all year (subject to availability) and offer a group of upto 4 people a single day on a narrowboat, with tuition for locks and steering with our RYA qualified instructor Helmsman.
Alternatively you can just have a relaxing day, sit back and watch the world go by at canal speed - slowly.
Complimentary tea and coffee is available on board. Bring your own picnic or a stop at a canalside pub can be arranged!
Weekday / Weekend………£160.00 per day for up to 4 persons.
For those wanting a relaxing day an additional crew member is required to operate the locks please add £35.00.
